How to submit a report
- You may download and utilize the optional Report Worksheet prior to submitting the Report online.
- Click on Begin Report Submission to begin. You may save drafts and make edits anytime prior to submitting.
- You may only have one draft version active per program at any time. If you are submitting two Reports under one program you must complete and submit one before starting another one.
- You will receive an email notification along with a copy of your Report after submitting.
You should refer to your project’s Contribution Agreement to ensure you are meeting your required reporting requirements.
