Social Grants Final Project Report
Congratulations on completing your Project. Submitting this final report is an important step; the information you provide allows the Trust to review your contractual responsibilities and understand what resulted from your Project.
How to submit a final report
- You may download and utilize the optional Final Report Worksheet prior to submitting the Final Report online.
- Click on Begin Report Submission to begin. You may save drafts and make edits anytime prior to submitting.
- You may only have one draft version active per program at any time. If you are submitting two Final Reports under one program you must complete and submit one before starting another one.
- You will receive an email notification along with a copy of your Final Report after submitting.
You should refer to your project’s Contribution Agreement to ensure you are meeting your required reporting requirements.
